At Ahimsa Safe Haven our virtue is kindness to all living things.
We are a forever home for over 100 residents, including chickens, pigs, turkeys, quail, FELV+ cats, and more. We also provide for a rotating group of adoptable cats both at Ahimsa and through our fosters.
We believe building a better community and world begins with kindness.

What We Do
RESCUE
Our residents have been rescued from a variety of backgrounds; many having experienced abuse, neglect, or complete abandonment.
Here, they are given the chance to thrive- living long, natural, happy, and fulfilling lives, as all animals should.
REHOME
We have adoptable cats looking to find their forever homes! We offer adoption services both on-site and via fosters. Application must be filled out prior to visiting.

EDUCATE
We are committed to educating and advocating for animals and their rights, well-being, and importance. Our goal is to bring kindness to all living things.
